Your squad preferences?

So far my strongest squad is the following:

Darth Vader (Leader), Grand Moff, Boba, Darth Maul, and Dooku

but I think the funnest squad I have is my Pheonix squad with Hera, KJ, Zeb, Sabine and Ezra

What about you guys?

Depending on the situation my squad changes a little bit.

I typically have Wedge as leader, with Biggs following. Then Commander Luke, R2D2, and Stormtrooper Han.

Sometimes I'll swap Han for Princess Leia.

The reason I use these is all of them but R2 are at level 12! BOOSH!

My dark side (and strongest) squad:
Darth Maul (Leader), Emperor Palpatine,Darth VAder, Darth Sidious and Savage Opress.

Light side:
Ima-gun Di (Leader), Grand Master Yoda, Bariss Offee, Jedi Knight Anakin and Ahsoka Tane.

I have a Nightsister squad which is fun to play with, I'm currently leveling up Old Ben for the Commander Luke event when that returns, but not sure of the squad I will use with him, was thinking about farming Captain Han Solo for the squad, but don't know to much about him and don't think I have come across him in the arena yet.

Commander Luke may be one of those characters who is good on any squad simply because of his regular attack and specials. In other words, he works on squads even when he doesn't lead.

His leader ability, when fully upgraded with zeta, gives rebel allies +50% counter chance, +50% defense, and +15% offense.  The Zeta gives 5% turn meter to any Rebel whenever they resist a detrimental effect. For my rebel squads I much prefer Wedge's leadership ability which gives +30% offense, and recover 15% Max Health and 10% turn meter whenever a Rebel ally's hit is critical.  Rebel allies also recover 25% of their max health whenever they defeat an enemy.    It's maybe not as useful in arena as other places, but it's my preference.

So I got shit on today by a squad led by Grand Admiral Thrawn - snowtrooper, stormtrooper, magmatrooper and general veers. My whole sith squad melted. Also, all of the characters were 10 character levels below mine with similar gear, and similar or lesser mods.. i cried... a little..

I heard Thrawn was a good leader, he would be handy in the raids as well. but you need a 7* Phoenix squad to get him, only need one more toon to complete my Phonix squad by but my resources are going into getting Captain Han at the moment and that's going very slowly!

I mean, I have thrawn already, but i need to get him some more stars!

Im really enjoying my sith squad so far (once i level up who is in the squad now, i want to find a good sith tank). Just missing a tank currently and technically a healer, but i can live without a healer..

Yes, so finally got CLS, now all I have to do is get his gear level up to 12 and work on a squad for him, but there doesn't seem to be a consensus on the net as to what is best???
